What do we request of our clients?

We ask that our clients to

  • Have all property services up to date at the time we execute our contract
    • As is generally standard our contract can be terminated within thirty days upon written notice.  All of our contracts are one page, compliant, and contain no legalese.
  • Describe the property and provide photos if possible. We will fill in the gaps as required.
  • Pay for incidentals when necesarry.
